Women Leaders and the Vision Thing

September 17, 2019 by Dr. Denise O'Neil Green 1 Comment

Kamala Harris | The Truths We HoldGreetings all. As I continue my vlog posts on various books I’ve read this summer, today I discuss Senator Kamala Harris’ book, The Truths We Hold.  I share my thoughts on her accomplishments, as she has outlined them in the book, reflecting on how she articulates a vision for the country.

Some have been critical of Senator Harris in that she doesn’t clearly articulate a vision.  According to a Harvard Business Review (HBR) article, women are often penalized for not doing the vision thing. In this video blog, I share my thoughts on this debate. I hope you enjoy it: https://youtu.be/p1SA8lDegR4
